Jeanine Taddeo

Choreographer | Dance Instructor

Jeanine is a versatile dance professional focused on teaching strong classical technique through a science-informed lens, integrating kinesiology, conditioning, and nutrition. While she appreciates the artistry of dance, she especially loves its athleticism.

Originally from New York, Jeanine is a classically trained ballet dancer. She performed roles from Coppélia and The Nutcracker with the Rochester Ballet and was selected for roles with touring companies including the Moscow Ballet and Pittsburgh Ballet. As a young adult, she trained in a variety of dance styles at Broadway Dance Center on scholarship, where she also completed her teacher certification, along with additional certification through Steps on Broadway. It was during this time that she developed a passion for choreography.

Jeanine later attended SUNY Brockport, where she studied ballet under Timothy Draper, modern dance under Garth Fagan and the Limon Company, as well as Gyrokinesis and Pilates under Romana Kryzanowska. Although college was not the right fit for her, leaving allowed her to pursue professional opportunities and continue building her career in dance and fitness.

Her dance credits include the Up in Smoke Tour, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, and Forbidden Broadway. Her choreography won the National Dance Alliance national title in Orlando twice and was featured on ESPN. She also received a commendation from Senator Robach and the New York State Legislature for “Outstanding Dedication to the Arts.” In addition, Jeanine has adjudicated for the New York State Tournament of Dance, Dance Talent America, and NDA.

Throughout her dance career, Jeanine remained deeply interested in fitness and bodybuilding, working part-time as a fitness instructor and personal trainer throughout her twenties. She has earned more than 25 fitness certifications, including a 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga certification, Cooper Institute personal training certification, and—her personal favorite—a Billy Blanks Tae Bo certification.
In 2016 and 2019, Jeanine qualified for the Fitness Olympia, one of the most prestigious bodybuilding competitions in the world. Most recently, she was selected to compete at the Arnold Classic in both the UK and USA, where she placed in the top five.

“I absolutely love helping dancers unlock abilities and confidence they didn’t know they had. Looking back at my younger self, I realize I was good, but not great. My teachers and mentors challenged me, supported me, and helped me believe I could accomplish anything if I worked hard enough. That’s the same confidence, discipline, and passion I hope to inspire in every dancer I teach.”
