Hailey Wood

Choreographer | Dance Instructor

Hailey Wood grew up in Olympia, WA where she began her love of dance at the early age of 3.  Hailey was a competitive dancer, studying ballet, jazz, tap, acrobatics, hip hop, contemporary, and modern.  She also followed her love of ballet and studied at a prestigious ballet studio during her teenage years. Hailey received a BFA in Dance at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and was awarded the Outstanding Performer award. She was afforded the opportunities of traveling abroad as a UNLV company dancer performing in Seoul, Korea (twice), Kiel, Germany and Copenhagen, Denmark.  Coinciding with graduation, Hailey also received her certification in Pilates from Pilates by Dolly. Shortly following graduation, Hailey moved to Chicago to pursue her professional dancing career, where she began dancing with Inaside Chicago Dance. She was with the company for 5 seasons, her last being spent as Rehearsal Director. Hailey currently lives in Arizona and is the founder of New Moon Pilates. Dance will always be a huge aspect of her life, as it has shaped her into who she is today. She loves watching our youth grow and find themselves as dancers and artists, just as she has been blessed by.
